Here are our rates.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

Linens, electricity, water, final cleaning, weekly linen change, linens (bathroom, bedroom, kitchen), hair dryer, fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, fridge, freezer), satellite TV, the endowment of courtesy, private terrace with table and chairs, use of common areas, gazebo, swimming pool, barbecue, sun terrace with deck chairs, garden, parking, coffee mocha. Local tax not included.

Upon confirmation of booking guests you will be sent a code number that allows access the farm at any time of day or night.

EXTRA SERVICES ON REQUEST THE PRICE DOES

Daily change of linen, daily cleaning, extra bed, living dogs / cats (€ 15 per day), taxi service, excursions at sea and / or bicycle.

LIVING CONDITIONS

From June to September are preferable weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday. During festivities minimum stay of 3 nights. Minimum stay 2 nights arriving any day of the week for the other months of the year.
Check-in: 15.00-18.00 – Check-out: 10.00. Different times must be arranged in advance.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

At the time of booking you will require a deposit to be paid 30% of the total value of the booking by:

• Bank transfer (request by e-mail the data to make the transfer and then send a copy via e-mail or indicate the transaction ends)

On receipt of the deposit we confirm the booking by email. Upon arrival, with the keys, the guest will pay the balance of the total amount. Checks are not accepted.

WHEN IT ARRIVES

On arrival the guest is required to present a passport or identity card for registration, as required by law.
